3.We reply anytime during regular hours. Any inquiries sent after 22:00 (China Time)

will be prioritized and answered the next day. Support online hours: 9:00 – 22:00

China Time daily.

4.The service is valid for the full duration of your current trip, and will automatically

end once your trip is finished.

5.This is an online text-only consultation service. Other services such as on-site tour
