Service Rules

1. Please state your travel inquiry completely in one message. Partial or intermittent

follow-up questions are not accepted.

2. One session includes answers for one core travel question only; unlimited

follow-ups are not allowed.

3. Service response: Contact support after purchase. Replies will be sent in writing

within 1 hour. Orders placed after 10 PM will be processed the next morning.

Support online hours: 9:00 – 22:00 China Time daily.

4. This is text-only consultation. No voice calls or full itinerary customization. We

only answer immediate questions, with video guides provided for operational issues.

5. The service is completed once replied. No free ongoing follow-up consultations

afterward.
